I'm not quite sure what you're asking me.

In order for someone to win, they have to enter the contest. So far no one has entered the contest.

If no one enters, no one will win.

If one person enters the contest, they will win, since they are the only entrants.

If more then one person enters the contest, then all the entrants names get put in a bowl, and one random winner gets picked.

I hope that explains it.

So, it's a pretty good bet that CoD6:Modern Warfare 2 is probable going to blow our doors off! Correct?
