The best thing you can do for a loved one if you have to resort to a long term care facility is to visit them on a regular basis, daily or at least weekly. Trust me, the aides there will make sure they take proper care of that resident.

I would like to work in a U.S. nursing home and see whats it like and get more experienced.

When are ya'll going to help. I just came back from seeing my mother and she look like she been threaten. She look like she was scared and didn't want to talk about it. Ya'll can't just sit and watch this stuff going on. Ya'll have to do something about this. It don't even feel right with her not being home anymore.

Tak3e i fro someone who's mother abused, mistreated and fnally killed by a nursing home. Fi9ght with all your might and strength to keep your loved one cared for at home. A home allowed my Mom to get bed sores which turned into gangrene and infected to her bone. Gangrene bacteria in the blood can cause cardiac arrest which my Mom passed from. These hmes do not have R.N. they have nurses assistants which only take 8 weeks to be certified in.

Don't be fooled. My aunt mysteriously died in one and so did both parents of a friend, then my mother.
