Well one thing that also must be noted is that he did not make good decisions after he had made an initial mistakes. No one is exempt from making mistakes. But it takes a good leader to learn from mistakes and move on. I think this is where Bush has failed. I don't blame him for his mistakes, I blame him for his response.

Bush claims that his free trade agreements will even the playing field caused by high tariffs on American goods which are exported overseas. However, that doesn't take into account that the tariffs enforced in those countries allow for their develpment and capacity to compete in a global perspective, since many of the countries mentioned by Bush have people who are not well suited, financially or otherwise, to afford to export their goods after regulations and still make a profit.
