well for example ppl with lazy eyes, some people get lazy eyes because they look sideways, and continue to develop that habit. By exercising your eyes Qigong way, you're letting both of your eyes pair up and rather than one eye losing focus with the other.

i've never tried this, but i've tried one of qigong's method by not wearing glasses, and doing eye exercises regularly. After a month, i felt like my glasses were really high. It worked for me but i dont know about others.
