I came out to my mom after she first got custody of me when i was 16. i told her i was a lesbian and she kinda didnt like it but she couldnt do anything about it. it was smooth and no one got hurt in the end :)
So, i agree you're not born gay, but... you cannot generally change what you FEEL in terms of sexuality. THAT IS NOT A CHOICE! As most certainly nobody deliberatly CHOOSES to have feelings for the opposite sex. It simply happens and arises. What you can choose though, is whether you accept your sexuality as you are or ignore it and be something else. Maybe a couple of people can conform to that, but most of them really don't and end up being miserable by doing so
You're right! No one is born gay... or straight. Everyone is born potentially bissexual. In the course of life and the way life molds you is what changes you into being straight, bi or gay. I don't believe in genetic predisposition, at least not in a DIRECT form like there's only a gene that absolutely determines your sexuality. But I do believe every soul is here for a purpose and that your soul predetermines what you will be in life in order to achieve the reason you are here on Earth for.
uhm..no you are NOT BORN GAY. i don't care who you are, God doesn't bring people into his world to like the same sex. Its wrong in my opinion, but its whatever floats your boat i guess. But you sir are wrong, you aren't just born gay.!!! you make a self conscious decision to be gay!! Like seriously. No.
that's good your family was accepting. my male cousin is gay and his mother wasn't as accepting but eventually came around. Like your family said about they always knew so did we about my cousin it was pretty obvious. he is my favorite cousin and I love him to death, I'm happy that he is comfortable about bringing his friends around us. I wish everyone in the gay community had family and friends more accepting.
Ummm.. four months ago during the summer I told my best friend my deepest secret that I had thoughts about being bisexual, but I never wanted to become one. Now, I finally decided that I want to be bisexual for a while due to the fact I kinda like boys, but I don't want any sexual activity with them? So am I bisexual if I don't like boys like that?? But I do fantasy about them. Plus I still like girls only certain types.. How can I tell my best friend who I can truly trust that I'm bisexual????
I can relate to ur situation, My brother went throught the same situation.. It was was identical to urs... i bein the sister is the one he told for me to break the news to everyone.. I am very supportive of my bro.. It was very courageous of u to do this video!!! much lv
@thugin20 Everyone was just a lil shocked but overall they kind of knew. They asked me questions and thought maybe I was molested or something. Its just they try to understand why I am gay and you just gotta let them know its not anyones fault, its just how I was born. My friends were cool with it since all of them were females at time. Never was interested in having str8 male friends lol
