its a mix of a kangaroo and somethin else, long fangs, 3 pronged feet/hands, coarse hair/spikes down neck to tail, and sucks blood as food from victims

there are two species. the "dog" chupacabra wasnt real, it was just a ill dog without hairs. but a lot of people also saw the humanoid chupacabras, and they are a mystery to thi day. you can even find pictures of this creature on ancient - aztec/maya buildings, they look exactly like that thing in the video (altough his video isnt real)

But it has been my experience, especially when dealing with youtube, that if it is unexplained - it's a creature of myth (or fact idk), when most of the time it's either a wierd lighting effect on a normal creature, or it's total bullshit.
