  • Ok this is a little to late however I have a female rat terrier with Siezures and I have videotaped them. Our vet had trouble analyzing the cause, shes NOT epileptic so seeing the siezure would help determine what they are. Medical science asked for unadultrated videos all the time.. howelse can we learn without unintended human error such as emotions influencing decriptions and perceptions of scales.

  • (Post was to long)... I am glad the poster explained, maybe you should write some of that in the 'about' however this video is far from mean.. the poster COULD just say aww it'll blow over, and go back to watching tv, however they are making a strong effort to solve the PROBLEM not just a SYMPTOM (ie by coddling the victim).

Some people just don't "get it" Sorry that fool jumped you as such

  • Youre watching the dog bang it's head against pipes, the wall.... and you are FILMING IT. Hello???

  • HOW ELSE WOULD THE VET BE ABLE TO GAUGE THE SYMPTOMS OF THE CONDITION?? EG, WEAK LEGS, DISORIENTED, CAN'T WALK IN STRAIGHT LINE, ETC...

IF I WERE TO INTEFERE, THE VET WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEE THE REAL SYMPTOMS! GET IT?

  • You are just being mean to me. You have wronged me and that's a fact and you should admit your mistake like all responsible adults should do instead of trying to find some irrelevant lame excuse to wriggle your way out.

  • And for that, I DESPISE YOU.

  • Not everyone will feel the same about certain things. Most adults acknowledge this and move on when someone disagrees with them. No, I'm not being mean, I'm pointing out that the video was mean. I'm not going to argue this with you anymore, for all I know you are a 13 year old child. If thats true, you have many years of maturing to do. If not, stop acting like one.

  • What's so mean about that video? My dog is having an attack for the first time and I was just trying to take a video of it to show to the vet. What;s wrong with that?

Or according to YOUR OPINION, perhaps you think I should panic and starts screaming for help instead??

  • Well, you put the video up, and there is a section for comments, if you didnt want comments then you shouldnt have put this video up. You also have a mouse being killed on one of your videos. Sorry, my opinion is that you have a sick sense of humor.

  • If you have eyes to see, brains to think and the ability to analyse... that mousy video is NOT mine and I have stated my purpose of posting the video of my dog way before you commented YOUR opinion on it.

Do you even know me personally before you make that comment? Did you even bother to find out why I posted it? Do you think its fair of you to pass that judgement on me before finding out the truth?

  • and I wonder do you ever bother to read the comment before yours?

  • This is sick. To stand by and watch as he possibly hurts himself is enough, but to video tape it, then upload it to the net? I hope you take a long hard look at your behavior. If a pet owner observes their pet acting in this manner, they would hopefully not need to see something as sad as this to know that vet help would be needed immediately. There are many sadistic people out here.

  • Excuse me, my purpose in taking this video was to show to my vet how the attack looks like as I believed that a picture(in this case, a video) speaks a thousand words.

I'm pretty sure that there are many sadistics people out there as much as brainless people who speaks without giving other people the benefit of doubt before commenting.

  • NO. What makes you think so? He is suffering from a brain disease where he can't balance himself on his feet. My dog has since passed away and it is heart wrenching for me to see this video again.

By posting it here, I was hoping to share with other dog owners who might not know how such an attack looks like. If *touch wood* any of their dogs displayed the same symptoms, they could seek early treatment and do not have to go through the same pain and agony that I have gone through.

  • I know this was 4 months ago but I didn't see i the comments if you have found out what it is.. our JRT/Pit bull had a fight with lepto as a pup and survived but spent the rest of his life a bit "off balance" he'd carry his head to the side like your dog and once in a while would have siezure like boughts similiar to... good luck :( Hope this helps a bit, if you find out I'd love to know what it is

  • Is this suppose to be funny?....
