does anybody know what the little connector under the memory cover is for? when you unscrew the memory cover, next to the stick of ram is a little connector, and i cant find any information about it anywhere, just wondering if anyone knew is all :D
I don't have the net book anymore but I do know that there are keyboard specific screws on the bottom, and they are marked. I don't quiet remember what the marking is though.
@jayman16 The three Keyboard screws are labelled "KBD", when removed the keyboard can be popped out and a ribbon cable can be detached from an accessible connector.
@MrChiefnavajo You should be able to remove the keyboard by removing the three screws on the bottom that have an arrow pointing to them with KBD next to it, and then you should be able to open the netbook all the way, and carefully shake the netbook, and the keyboard should just fall out, so then put in the new keyboard, put in the 3 screws, you're ready to go.
Thanks dude. This vid helped me out and there should be more people like you making vids like this. Thanks again man.
