His body just can't compete with the young players in the NBA but the skills haven't gone away. Besides, how do you know this video was recorded post retirement? He can dunk because he is tall and has big hands. There's very little skill or subtlety involved. Shooting a jumper is different than dunking (uh..no shit?).

I miss hundreds of shots during practice but make most in games. I'd much rather get all the misses out during practice than in the games. It's also about being in the zone. When you get the adrenaline pumping and you control the game, it feels like you can do anything.
