  • isint that the guy from the real ghostbusters

  • I <3 Gonzo

  • @Cuteblondie1972 It is, he was a voice actor for Peter Venkman in the Real Ghostbusters.

When I was little I thought that actually was Peter.

  • Dave Coulier sounds like Bill Murry in this scene

  • I first learned about the solar system watching this episode. They teach it in a very fun and interesting way unlike in my 3rd grade science book!

  • Fozzie: Gosh, how can we be up there on the ceiling when we're down here on the floor?

    All: Fozzie!

    Fozzie: What?

That's one of the funniest moments ever on this show!

  • LOL ... they foreshadowed Indy with aliens ...

  • This show captured my heart when I was little, it brings back memories. Thanks for posting.

  • I think Frank Welker's Baby Skeeter voice sounds a lot like Gogo Dodo from "Tiny Toon Adventures," whom Frank Welker also voiced

  • I agrre I think the film companies that the footage was borrowed from could sll chip in to make a DVD series avaliable

  • i agree!

  • This episode almost looks like it was made in the second season, and then they held it over to the fourth season and re-dubbed Animal and Bunsen and Skeeter's voices.

  • Or it could be from Season 3 and they might have decided to air it in 1987

  • That's a possibility, too

  • Beaker's meeps are much cuter as a baby and Bunsen's voice is more cuter when voiced by Dave Coulier then Howie Mandel

  • This episode is acting up for the first minute

  • Y'know, during that bigfoot bit....I would not have been surprised to see the Roger Patterson footage etched in. Woulda been kind cool, too.

  • /shakes fist at Henson Studios.... put out the darn season DVDs already!!!

While we are at it, I'd LOVE to get a cd of the BGM (background music) for the shows. Some great loops in there (did I hear some goonies riffs during that river rapid ride?)

    Long live the 80s

  • I agree this show had some great background music (well, the stuff scored by Rob Walsh, and not the music from the final season!) The Looney Tunes, Scooby-Doo and Inspector Gadget cartoons also had great BGM scores.

  • Nice Try, hardly impossible to put this show on DVD. They used clips from a varitey of shows, movies, etc. which make it really difficult to get clearence from to put it together.

  • If Disney buys the clips that were used it could appear on DVD Just Like Rowlf said ''I Want My Muppet TV '' well I say ''We want our Muppet Babies DVD's''

  • Yeah :)

  • I don't get it according to Katie Leigh Henson had the rights to the clips I don't understand why Disney can't use the clips

  • livin: Because Disney doesn't own everything Henson has made. Plus, the copyright on the clips reverted back to their original owners upon the end of the series, anyway.

  • or they could just animate the scenes

  • livinglarge: How could they? Disney doesn't own everything. Remember, Time Warner, DiC, and other companies chipped in to produce this series' compliation of skits.

  • Disney could ask Warner Bros.,Cookie Jar and all other companies to help get the copyright issues solved and plus Katie Leigh said that Jim Henson had exclusive rights to the clips and she also said that Disney is allowed to use the clips for DVD purposes

  • livinlarge:

    1. Disney and those other companies are RIVALS for a reason.

    2. Jim is DEAD, sadly. His copyrights no longer exist, especially with Disney having bought out The Muppets anyway.

    3. Disney has done NOTHING with the Muppets sans a sparing special here and there. I wonder why? It could be because Disney is having trouble incorporating something that's not its own from a fan's perspective into its world.

  • Dave Coulier's Baby Bunsen sounds similar to Mr. Woodchuck

  • i miss howie mandel!

  • I hate Howie Mandel as Skeeter,Animal and Bunsen

  • I have been waiting so long for this one! Thanks. Jim Henson wrote this episode.

  • the messanger is dave. you can easily tell.

  • Oh, yeah. Now I remember seeing this before. I remember hearing Dave use his Peter Venkman voice for that Greek messanger.

  • If it were possible, I'd give you a big hug for posting this episode! Thank you!
