  • OUTRAGEOUS! haha that's a massive weight, but maybe should be bending his knees more?

  • I wanna be like this guy.

  • A deadlift done correctly will work your lower body just as much as your upper. His hamstrings and glutes are strong as f*ck to be able to pull that kind of weight. If you do a perfect deadlift you will feel it as much in the back of your legs as you will in your back and traps.

  • Kazepomme

No shit..spends a little more effort perfecting the upper body. Needs legs to match

  • @NIKEmane06 He obviously has legs to match if he can dead-lift this weight =p

  • Comment removed

  • only Mr.Takahamasan can bust this guy

    watch?v=UrXOrMaQcTw&context=C303c20eADOEgsToPDskKvYpU8iPNyT35vkOMV3X_h

  • To bad his lower body doesn't match his upper body. Let's see some heavy ass squats now!

  • @NIKEmane06 you do realize that a proper dead-lift is primarily a quad workout right? If not, go read some books. His lower body is extremely strong, just because his calfs aren't bulging does not mean he cannot squat (calf have next to nothing to do with squat)

  • @kazePomme Primarily? I would not say primarily. Hamstrings, glutes and spinal erectors

  • @kazePomme actually the calves anchor the legs and have alot of involvment

  • @JimmyTheMinute true, but do you build calf muscles when squatting, no.

  • Niceeeeeee

  • BEAR MODE

  • i like how hes not all serious, hes just chilling and thinking now im gonna lift some heavy ones off camera

  • chest out

  • YOU ARE NOT DOING THE PULL UP CORRECTLY YOU STUPID ASS MONKEY!!!

  • @gymman62 Pull up? Go back to primary school you little girl.

  • @gymman62 You're the biggest troll i've seen on every powerlifting video. Have you considered seeing a therapist?

  • @gymman62 you must be the most retarded person that i have ever seen in my life

  • If the bar ain't bending you just pretending. Look at that fkn bar!

  • This fool ain't shit til he steps into WSM

  • absolutly perfect!!! crystal clear!!! Respect

  • His back (and everything else) is tanked for sure, but i must say the scariest is his forearm strength....he didnt even use straps O.o

  • Scariest chuckle ever...

  • sox are the best

  • who is it ?

  • Gotta love the whistle at 0:34 ;)

  • Chuck Norris Approves

  • that is one strong russian!!

  • I wish someone could tell him to start doing Strongman!!

  • nice calfs..

  • who is this monster?

  • his laugh is so sinister.. I LIKE

  • ppl who say here: in a fight he'd not do good - you don't know. In power-lifting he is obviously in the top whatever, 0.0001%, by lifting these weights he is making you feel weak and you want to fight him? What do you think makes you a better fighter than him, that he can lift too much weight?

It's not MMA, it's powerlifting. You want somebody to fight, go ask Fedor for a favour, he'll explain it to you. You want to say you are best in powerlifting - you have to out-lift this guy.

  • @romanmir01 Amen we also do not know if he conditions Russian powerlifters are also known to feast on kettlebells and cocky americans alike.

  • whatever language that is--now i know how to count to 4 in it. YES

  • very impressive lifting, but the form seemed hideous especially the third rep where he clearly pulls with a rounded back and whatever happened to looking forward whilst lifting?

He stares at the ground in some of the reps.

Those two critiques aside, total animal lift.

  • @octanesp2 Are you seriously critiquing one of the best deadlifters in world (and probably history for that matter)? People have discussed his form ad nauseum and its fine- his thoracic may not be perfectly straight but it doesn't curl or cave at any point during the lift.

  • @octanesp2 He is know for the rounded back lift he has done it this way since 12

  • Dude came at the bar like he was hungry..

  • 100% PERFECTION and SUPERIORITY!!!!!!

  • He is a bear

  • damn this is a true raw deadlift

  • I taught him every thing he knows

  • This Dude is one Big Unit!

    Props Man... Impressive

  • anyone know his height and weight?

  • Super strong, but you could reach even more weight if your technique would be perfect, #1 look up while u pull, it helps to keep your back straight #2 Put tension on the bar "before" u pull and use in the first 20cm of the pull most of all your legs without going up with your butt when the weight still touches the ground. I hope its clear enough for you do understand what i mean, i`m 24 years old and i get coached by a 14time world record holder in several weightlift and strongman competitions

  • @TheIronMuscle Yeah not bad tips for amateurs.. this guy has his own style, he doesn't fallow the "deadlift technique" that most people would use per say. show me one guy that can do what he does absolutely raw.. and i mean no belt. Maybe misha, but he probably has 80 lbs on konstantin.

  • @grahamh1392 Its not that he isnt strong cause obviously he is..but i think that if he deadlifts 200kg he would still pull it like he does in the video, and looking up straightens your back so amateur or not its just stupid if you don`t keep your back straight, you only have one spine.

  • @TheIronMuscle Yeah i see what you are saying. However, i also heard that looking up can hyper extend your spine. how about just looking forward at a set point?

  • @grahamh1392 for me I always look about 10-15 degrees above my resting head level, for me I imagine a big red "X" on the wall and stare at it, I feel as though it keeps my back straighter, I apply the same action to my squat

  • @SuperBooyah123 nice, i have to try that.

  • Comment removed

  • Alright, that is impressive!

  • He fights bears for his warm up.

  • @EaglesFoL1f3 LOL this made me wake up my gf by laughing .. ahahahaa

  • simply- fantastic.now get your ass over to the platorm and add a kg to each side!

  • are you fucking idiots kidding me? All these maggots on here talking shit about Konstantin's chicken legs can't come close to pulling this weight once. Here's an idea.. go back to taking prohormone and acting alpha at your shitty weak gym. Or just jump of high rooftop. Oh and the retards that are questioning his fighting abilities.. let's just say that a body shot wouldn't faced him even from a heavyweight boxer. This guy is straight up steel.

  • @grahamh1392 body shot to the solar plexus or to the liver will take any man down even if the force is coming from a 150 pounder. im just saying.

  • @undergroundjackal are you fucking retarded little kid? 150 lbs haha must be how much you weight.. first, you have to penetrate through his muscle tissue in order to even do anything.. did you see what his core looks like? no offense

  • @grahamh1392 you dont know about timing your shots? idiot.

  • @undergroundjackal timing shots? wtf does that have to do with anything you asswipe? the only way your bitch ass is knocking this guy is if you strike him with a baseball bat when he's not looking.. go do your homework now.

  • @grahamh1392 sad old ignorant man reflecting on his younger days......lol

  • @undergroundjackal I am in my twenties you tool.. failed again

  • @grahamh1392 yeah you failed again.

  • a beast!

  • when i saw the guy i thought will her is a man who is waaaay stronger than me then when i saw the comments i said will at least i am waaaaaaaaaaaaay faster than him>>>no one i perfect

  • People are really argueing over his fighting ability?? I will settle this. In a bar fight against an average Joe, he will win. Against a pro fighter, he will likely lose. Just a random guess is there are maybe 5000 pro fighters in the world (including even the weird disciplines) and 7 billion average joes. People saying "oh its better to have a wrestler or boxer in a fight" well its better to have a fuckin tiger if you ask me, or a gun. fuck, one comment meant to give props to him sparked this..

  • Two words; anabolic steroids

  • Loser can only watch and give a bad comment ,post you strong leg video !

  • lol!. chicken legs !

  • Lol why does everyone assume this guy has no fighting ability, he's trained in judo and is a bodyguard ffs.

  • probably hydrates himself with vodka, eats mammoth for breakfast and wrestles bears for his cardio or some shit. Dude's a beast !

  • His upper body makes his legs look small but damn they are strong. Beast

  • @MrCatalano14 he has small legs....

  • Жестко! На скорость! - это прям коронная фраза =).

  • A machine, he seems like a nice fellow as well. God Bless you homie.

  • I believe I saw this guy on some strongman competion on TV and he absolutely dominated the other opponents on car deadlifing(?).

  • @Raptonza that probably was mariusz pudzianowski, another beast from the eastern realms !

  • Nice to see Kgs and not these faggety ass pounds making the number higher dont make you stronger

  • торс мощный.

  • WHATS THE SONG on the backround?

  • BOSS

  • Man, strong dude!

  • Strong mutha fucka! perfect form, yeeaaahhh buddaaaayyyyyy!!!! light weight!!!!

  • so many uneducated morons jumping on this. do you all go on engine rebuild projects and tell the mechanics how they should be doing and what works and what doesnt? simply put, if you dont know anything about lifting, diet or AAS then shut the fuck up

  • what a fuckin pussy. i could do that with my dick.

  • This guy is a complete pig

  • that's fuking lightweight stop being a pussy

  • awsome lifting man

  • He look like Hulk beast .........

  • no belt, but plenty of "juice" haha.....apple juice of course, lots of vitamins lol

  • Verry strong!!! Respect dude that whas crazy!!!

  • This would be hotter if he was naked.

  • legs? were are you????

  • PUT A SHIRT U STUPID FUCKING FOREGIN QUEER!!FAGOT!!

  • and don't tell me that he doesn't use steroids

  • @LAMBO1300 yea so what if he does that's amazing strength regardless...

  • russians

  • The kind of guy you want to have your back in a fight.

  • @Tylerableification

you are wrong.. believ me.. he is powerfull , nothing to say.. but in a fight im shure he is slow and punches are very large to hit you.. better have a boxer or wrestler behind your back;)

  • @3333111111 yeh but still this guy will be able to take countless blows, clearly. I feel u when u say technique is vital but in our society we're most likely to just run into chumps that throw themselves at their opponent.

  • @p3drozroom He's a powerlifter not a bodybuilder. So you've lost all credibility. And as having so much power, height and weight, he could really do damage against you're average Joe in a fight.

  • @p3drozroom Meant for arniemonkey, sorry.

  • @Tylerableification whys that coz he can deadlift ...id sooner have a little boxer that a bodybuilder...just coz were big doesnt mean we can fight..but he can lift some weight impressive..

  • @Tylerableification No I'd rather he have his back.

  • @Tylerableification just cause theyre big doesnt mean they can fight.

  • @Tylerableification hahaha u know whats cool about your comment, hes acutally a bodyguard too for his job!

  • @Tylerableification what roided out and no conditioning? lol if so he won't be that good in a fight if this the kind of guy u want lol.I've seen big guys like this get boxed the living hell out of them due to there clumsy roid mass.

  • @PoorDummIdiots Powerlifters are explosive that is why we in BJJ and MMA train in it via crossfit etc. Im sure he is fast and explosive.

  • @fwsec yes but rember more muscle mass you got the more O-2 you need to keep that extra mass going or you will burn out and lose power over a very short time so conditioning comes into the picture then and if you don't got it but look like that guy you will gas out faster then a fat man trying to run hehe.

  • Built like a fucking bear uptop!!

  • Van dam got big again , what are they making another blood sport movie . Funny how this guys chicken legs are strong for there size.

  • @shampoo02 I would rather have my legs be a little on the skinny side and strong as fuck than like the top bodybuilders, thighs touching and having to fucking waddle everywhere cuz they got muscly bitch hips...

  • @weaselking123 Each to his own , im talking more about the calves some people have them and some dont.me I have naturaly big calves , as for big thighs id rather have them even atleast avarge size than strong chicken legs. But what does it matter if your're going for looks than yes that would matter if your're going for power lifting than you really dont care as much about the looks.Personally power lifting inst for me as it just leads to injurys sometime in life with all the weight you do.

  • @shampoo02 Yeah definitely and that what I meant to have have them average, not chicken legs. Would want them to be strong and look it, but nothing excessive.

  • @weaselking123 Ya , same hear . Id never want huge legs that rub together or chicken legs.

  • BEAST

  • Respect !

  • This is nothing. I used to lift 500kg, but then I took an arrow to the knee.

  • thats fuckin crazyyy!!! 837lbs with no belt!!

  • piernitas

  • dat bend

  • pussy..

  • Asians can not beat this...

  • try lifting that on your massive jaw!

  • holy anal cunt

  • no belt? your official boss now :P

  • his legs look tiny

  • Seeing as this is the internet and we all have to complain about something, I would like to complain about his whisteling, I couldn't even tell what song he was trying to whistle, attrocious. Good job with all the weightlifting though.

  • This guy looks like tiny tiger hahah

  • Good God

  • So many Konstantinovs

  • Man he's no professional bartender, he's a fucking professional berbender :D impressive, very impressive.

  • Knee-high socks. Laugh, he dares you.

  • i'm also gonna take stereoids one month and break the raw dedlift record...with no belt..jesus christ i don't know how some of you guys don't get tired from "i could do that if i was on stereoids" shit.then just do it, film it and post it.kk is a fukin beast of a man

  • @zero1344

you havent a fucking clue you tard. 10% training 10% AAS 80% DIET. if you havent taken AAS then shut your fucking uneducated mouth. asshole

  • @declan2506 Essentially the same sentiment as what i said . . .

  • in soviet russia steroids take you...

  • savage

  • he`s gonna snap some shit

  • what an absolute animal

  • That... is one strong motherfucker.

  • PUSSSSSSSYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY WIEGHT U BITCH!!

  • that is inhuman so is the juice hes using,,..still impressive lifts.. but dangerous for the body in the length...

  • @PG574 oh come on man. chill with the steroid shit. they help but they dont do the work for you. and there are 60+ year old men who DL over 500 pounds so who are you to say what is and is not healthy?

  • @sjjdiienno1 Actually, steroids do everything for you. They make your diet almost irrelevant. As long as you go to the gym, you just have to eat a whole bunch of protien and you'll build muscle and strength.

Any natural bodybuilder or athlete will tell you that diet is 70% of muscle/strength building.

  • @ZERO1344 Your dumb as a fucking rock and are clearly clueless. take all the fucking D-bol you want mother fucker. But if your diet and training aren't in check you wont grow. Don't hate on drugs unless you know the real unbiased truth. non of that "well i know this guy who eats mcdonalds everyday and takes blah blah blah" bullshit. they HELP you. but they will NOT do the work. just like any other supplement they will do nothing unless your diet and training are in check. go do more curls bitch.

  • @sjjdiienno1 Go learn some physiology, dip shit. Hormones are what make your body grow. Without hormones, perfect training and shit tons of protien don't mean anything. Do you know what hormones are made of? Fat. That's why someone can eat a diet with 10% calories from fat and still grow. Because the hormones (steroids) are already in their body, so they don't need dietary fat to make hormones.

Next time you want to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about, shut the fuck up.

  • @ZERO1344 You don't know what you're talking about. It's almost comical.

  • @sjjdiienno1 Really? Then inform me.

Tell me what role fats play in the body. Tell me how it's not easier to eat properly when on steroids because you don't have to carefully measure fats to avoid excess. Tell me how steroids in high quantites don't ease muscle growth, i.e. strength gains. Tell me how most people don't struggle with fitness goals because of a bad diet and how most nutritionists and athletes don't say diet is 60-70% of fitness.

    Inform me, o, enlightened one.

  • @ZERO1344 Look I really don't give two shits ok. Ask a serious lifter who is on drugs if their anabolic status has made planning a diet irrelevant. I don't care what the fuck hormones are made of. I dont care what "most nutritionists" say. In order of importance it's diet, recovery, training. if all three are dialed in THEN you can start supplementing with hormones.

  • @sjjdiienno1 You are the worst type of human being. I give you factual evidence, so you stick your fingers in your ears and say, "La la la". Here are the facts:

The hardest part of any fitness plan is diet. The hardest part of a diet is balancing fats, protien and carbs. Fats make hormones. Taking steroids removes your need to take in adecquate fats. That makes a diet as simple as taking a few protien shakes and eating some sweet potatoes.

Take the dick out of your ears.

  • @ZERO1344 U mad?

  • @sjjdiienno1 U wrong?

  • @ZERO1344 i totally agree with, that the hardest part of any fitness plan is the diet, but taking steroids does not remove your need for fats. if anything, an intake of omega 3s will help offset the the damaging effects of high "bad" fats that steroid abuse can cause. it would be a good idea to get a blood profile done every 3 months just to be safe. lift on!!!!

  • @ZERO1344 Considering fats have the highest calorie density it seems pretty silly to exclude them on your cycle. Besides carbohydrates have a much higher effect on your hormones than fats do. And finally, fats have many important uses.

  • @sjjdiienno1

complete crack of dog bullshit...u cannot compare steroids to other supplemnts, because steroids work... u can take, tribulus, testo boosters ,all the fancy mucsle building supps in the store but they will never win over a simple 10/60 dbol....

  • @PG574 I wasn't comparing it to other supplements. But it is a supplement in my opinion because you don't need them. just a supplement the works.

  • @PG574 i agree,its all bollocks(sorry,uk slang) what they sell in the shops.steroids rule!!

  • @sjjdiienno1

go on md and writ to dr oconnor and say to him steroids arent dangeours...of course they r alla medications are especially if u abuse them like these guys... if u use them smart hopefully u will get 0 sides..but to say they arent dangerous is plain stupid...what are u 15?

  • @PG574 no its really not...how is being strong dangerous for somone?

  • @EliHaynez

of course it can be dangerous especially with abuse of steroids, look at Jón Páll Sigmarsson..he tore his aorta while deadlifting...once again do you think humans are built to deadlift up to a 1000lbs and over like some guys... u can be lucky and live 80-90 years, but i would never risk my life for this..everything is good in right measures remember that..

  • It`s a russian man. Слабак. Это я так шучу! ))))

  • that is impressive

  • I LIFT THINGS UP AND PUT THEM DOWN!!

  • @mazafuzle of course

  • 836 lbs o.O
