A deadlift done correctly will work your lower body just as much as your upper. His hamstrings and glutes are strong as f*ck to be able to pull that kind of weight. If you do a perfect deadlift you will feel it as much in the back of your legs as you will in your back and traps.

@sjjdiienno1 Actually, steroids do everything for you. They make your diet almost irrelevant. As long as you go to the gym, you just have to eat a whole bunch of protien and you'll build muscle and strength.
Any natural bodybuilder or athlete will tell you that diet is 70% of muscle/strength building.

@sjjdiienno1 Go learn some physiology, dip shit. Hormones are what make your body grow. Without hormones, perfect training and shit tons of protien don't mean anything. Do you know what hormones are made of? Fat. That's why someone can eat a diet with 10% calories from fat and still grow. Because the hormones (steroids) are already in their body, so they don't need dietary fat to make hormones.
Next time you want to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about, shut the fuck up.

Tell me what role fats play in the body. Tell me how it's not easier to eat properly when on steroids because you don't have to carefully measure fats to avoid excess. Tell me how steroids in high quantites don't ease muscle growth, i.e. strength gains. Tell me how most people don't struggle with fitness goals because of a bad diet and how most nutritionists and athletes don't say diet is 60-70% of fitness.

I dont care what "most nutritionists" say. In order of importance it's diet, recovery, training. if all three are dialed in THEN you can start supplementing with hormones.

The hardest part of any fitness plan is diet. The hardest part of a diet is balancing fats, protien and carbs. Fats make hormones. Taking steroids removes your need to take in adecquate fats. That makes a diet as simple as taking a few protien shakes and eating some sweet potatoes.

@ZERO1344 i totally agree with, that the hardest part of any fitness plan is the diet, but taking steroids does not remove your need for fats. if anything, an intake of omega 3s will help offset the the damaging effects of high "bad" fats that steroid abuse can cause. it would be a good idea to get a blood profile done every 3 months just to be safe. lift on!!!!

@ZERO1344 Considering fats have the highest calorie density it seems pretty silly to exclude them on your cycle. Besides carbohydrates have a much higher effect on your hormones than fats do. And finally, fats have many important uses.
