Here is my answer since I am this entrepreneur: "I would start an Energy Business that ties Energy with Social Networking. The Social Energy Network. We launch phase I of the service by end of January 2010. The name of the startup is SKYNJA (like Energy NINJAs) an Icelandic word for "Perception", which is what we need to solve energy. I look forward to starting it. Edison."
Too much attention towards fission and not enough on fusion power as a silver bullet. Nuclear power is non-renewable and does not produce electricity directly as solar does, it produces heat.
