i remember when i killed lavos at his strongest form... before crono's death cutscene...

i was so fucking happy and then the 1st thin i was thinking is to SAVE... guess what... NO SAVE its just a fucking end that have all the makers name... it took me 3 hours to beat the crap out of lavos and thats what i get? stupid scammers... at least they could put some kind of a super secret end or item... even a secret character... i was so pissed off!

Wow... All this time, I never knew the Playstation version had cutscenes! And they were really well done as well! I had this game on the SNES. Also I couldn't but notice the fact that the dinos are wearing fur panties starting at 0:55

Chrono Trigger = Best game EVER. It's so sad though, 'cos after playing this on snes I couldn't bare to play any other rpg. I don't want them to remake it if they just do a quick and cheap job, but if they spend time on it... ehe, time.

@ShadowCrowX Nah. Part of what's so endearing about this game is the amount of expression put into simple sprites. As it stands this is one of the pinnacles of 2d sprite graphics. Porting it to 3d would mean the characters get the creepy soulless eyes and stuff. I personally hope they never tinker with this game and let it age gracefully.

@pdubb2k5 The sad thing is, at least in my opinion, it IS possible to convert it to 3d with everything we loved from the original. However whichever team would make the remake will try to "improve" it, and therefore ruin it. And for some reason this happens with e.v.e.r.y. remake ever

Did anyone know that these cut scenes are made by the animators of Dragon Ball Z? It's true look it up. That's why the cut scenes look Dragon Ball Z-Ish It's made by the same people. Also I played this game and why did Frog/Glenn cut the mountain in half? it's looks awesome but yet it's confusing. was that the only way to get to Magus's castle?

This aren't every cutscenes. Don't know how many are missing but the ending is not there and it's one of the best.

I so wish that Square would make an anime of CT, and preferably Chrono Cross as well (preferably short series...longer and more detailed that way). Considering they've never had actual voice actors, it isn't like it'd be difficult to get everyone back, either...just hire a good group of voice actors and we're set there. :D

It's Chrono Trigger, a game made for super nintendo, but they re-made it for playstation. It's the same game on playstation, it's just that they have cutscenes, which is what you're watching. It's a pretty awesome game. I'm not even a huge gamer, but it's amazing.

for some reason this game didn't do it for me when it came to replay values, though very nice time travel game, which always brings interest.. these cutscenes were a nice addition for the ps1 re release version, but couldve added on to them, like more sidequests. thx for uploading

these are not ALL the cutscenes, your missing the one on the bridge, were frog lucca and chrono attack the skeleton looking boss, your missing the bridge scene where the party attacks azala and the tyrano, and your missing the ending

No, and it's a good thing, really. Because there's always the chance that the voies would suck, and that would piss off MANY fans (myself included.)

And seeing as these scenes are just beefed up versions of ones we see in the game anyways, it would be kind of pointless to add in voices that could potentially ruin the mental profile of the characters that fans have built up in their head. It's better to let the imagination take hold of something like this.

Not only that but lets not forget you can rename your characters too. You name Crono...oh lets say....Homer. And in a cutscene he is still referred to as Crono. Plus I think Crono would have to have a voice himself and lets not forget he is a silent protagonist.

Still a little voice acting wouldn't hurt.
