The last Tornado Watch issued at 1:20 in the vid was a PDS (Particulary Dangerous Situation) Tornado Watch
The 10:49 IS issue also happened with mine, and Allentown, PA's as well. (Must've been a national error.) I was put under a watch about 11, and a tornado warning about 12:20.
