  • Is that you Jeremy? you're real :O

  • So young and yet so talented! Give it some time and we'll have been looking at an early recording of a virtuoso violinist haha

  • i am romanian and i want this boy remains in Paris forever !!!

  • Fantastic!!! wish he lived near me he could come and jam with me anytime. Bravo!!!!

  • Damn it people fill his cup up. What a joy it would have been to be there. His shyness alone is what is interfering with his technique but he will get there he is well on the way.

  • good job. I remember playing that song~!

  • Very good young violinist! Two thumbs ups!

  • I can play this, but not in that speed :(

  • Avez vous eus des nouvelles de ce petit prodige? la musique aurait un exelent moyen de le sortir lui et sa famille de la rue.

  • did you mean Romania?

  • este chico toca muy bien tiene el don o un buen maestro?

  • Hey... my sister plays this song

  • god, everyone's bashing this kid.. he's young and on a moving metro. and he's still playing better than you.

  • bello cmq bravo gypsy

  • amazing, totally deserves some congrats, and money lol

  • paris got talent)

  • the tempo was wayyy to fast, he should take his time and enjoy the music. but its still good.

  • LOL SO CUTE

  • very nice, very soothing-ty you for posting!-go romale! gypsy people alwyas the best musicians! sorry, but its true

  • Opre Romale'!

  • yeah, for those critiquing this... im sure if he knew he was playing for a panel of judges he would have been more careful about his tone and tempo. as it is (and yes i am a violinist) he is actually quite good and obviously just playing for fun.

  • Very nice.

It is beautiful to see this kid playing an instrument that, traditionally, is reserved for "kids" with parents that can pay, support and have some cultural and economical niveau. Many kids (out of our rich societies) can not afford a musical instrument.

Now the french government is kicking out the Romas from France.

Probably this kid is an hope for the hope of a better world.

A world with more music, more peace, no war and more social justice.

    Thanks for posting.

  • Bravo Aramando!!!

  • bravo bambino!!

  • i love armondo :)

  • Concierto en la menor de vivaldi primer movimiento, que bien toca ese joven la verdad

  • I hate gypsys !! they all need to be strung up ..there all denlers !!

  • @gypsyreff tsss..effing racist..

  • I find it quite hard to sing my ariettas within a moving vehicle. Motion around you has a lot to do with tempo.

  • the more dark you are the more good you play:)thats why i am working on my sun tan:)

  • nice job kid, I know you will still improve, but this is already amazng

  • Romania has black people?

  • @Brien182 its France.

  • @HandsomeVoodoo that makes sense. France has a lot of black people right?

  • @Brien182 he's not black

  • @Invicible91 Well the kid's not black--I was regarding another individual.

  • @Brien182 oh i get it.... well

  • Dear @JeremyImp, So show us in a Video in a Moving train how You should do this !!

  • @JeremyImp I don't have trains in the country I live in. The moving train could had caused the inaccuracies, but his tempo is all in his head.

  • @JeremyImp well he's also, what, 10?

  • @JeremyImp

HAHAHAHAHA they shut you the FUCK up HAHAHAA

  • This kid is a gem.

Someone should buy him a finely tuned violin have him release some recordings.

Too bad so much of today''s music is crap.

  • Its not gipsy...hello! Its Vivaldi

  • hes like y r u recording me AAAAH lol

  • wow this boy is good! because he is playing in a moving metro..and it came out really beautifully..so goood job!!

  • Wow!! :))) That was really, really cool to watch! Thank you so much ;)

  • this isnt gypsy jazz.

and erm this song is really basic :)

  • Bravo!

  • talent...

  • Nice. ^^

  • why does this have to turn into a racial discussion...why cant we as human beings just enjoy this music and be happy for this young man who obviously has more musical talent than we do!!!!!!

  • @cbergstad i have a question? how is someone a gypsy(not to be disrespectful in anyway) like what is a gypsy is what im asking i guess and if someone happened to want to be one is that possible?

  • @goddessoflove4ever

"Gypsy" is considered to be a derogatory term for the Romani, a traditionally nomadic people in Europe. They're an ethnic group, so you technically can't become one (they're very insular, partly due to the prejudices directed against them), but there's no reason you can't become a nomad yourself. It's a hard life, but if that's what you're after... Be warned that nomads rarely have "luxuries" such as the internet, and family is everything.

  • @Merejkowski thank u! and it would b nice to be a nomad

  • of course they are not Romanians....I am not uneducated you know....they do not have a nationality....no country of their own.

  • Auzi e din Bacau!

  • super bravo foarte tare

  • Superbe! Very good. Bravo!

  • holy shit so much talent in such a little body.

i can't believe it . tears come upon my face like never before if only i was there during him performing like that i woulda given him all my money and more again so cute

  • Yes,,,the Spanish, Hungarians, Romanians.....among many others are all accomplished musicians. This video happens to be about a Rom kid. Thats why I made the comment I did. I am also a musician.

  • @cbergstad For us...the real Romanians....gipsy are not Romanians...

  • Rom kids dont need music lessons like the gadje....this guy has music deep in his soul and heritage.

  • Thats bullshit.... its true that gypsies know how to party (and unfortunately they dont know how to go to work) but Hungars are great musicians too... Italians? People from Spain?

  • well that's just stupid.

  • BRAVO!!!! :D!

  • amazing piece! hope i where there, i love the violin...

  • wow so weird hearing gom from paris sounds so diffrent from gom in America this is a cool video lol

  • beautifull .......!!!! thanks

  • It's a wonderful job, it was a bit out of tune and the speed but it was wonderfuly played 5 stars

  • You found it a bit out of tune, but :

First try to stand without help of your hands in a moving Paris Metro, then try to play the violin meanwhile...

  • thats not that hard... its just the vibrato thats hard.

  • nice

  • yes,...he´s a gypsy!

  • That song...i remeber playing that...i memorized lots of it too...

Unfortunatly, after playing this i can tell he was out of tune for lots of it...but still a decnt job;p Good job;p

  • my man u got classes for that, i can bet u he learned all of that himself

  • Lol....dude...it's not a hard song. It's a step up from twinkle little star...and i doubt he learned by himself...

I played it when i was like 9...

But he played it decently well for memorizing it, and playing it on a train. The intonation and speed factors were a tad off in some places, but i loved it overall...

He did a good job...i'm not trying to undermine his accomplishment...i'm just stating that it's not Krisler stuff...

  • love when stuff like this happens in paris. In new york they just beg for money, but in paris they put on a show.

  • Bacaow = Bacau, oras din Moldova, ROMANIA. The gypsies where Romanian Gypsies, and they were discussinf with the other guy. the fact that he wants was in romania, because he is a pianist...an so on...

  • :D :D gg

    CONCERT LA MINOR VIVALDI

  • Kushti!

  • roman cigany muvesz :)) a faszt kell vitatkozni rajta.... :))

  • Szerintem jó :)

  • @ 2:16 the older guy who is riding with the boy taps on his chest and says jes oui chigan (not spelled right since that sound doesnt exist in english) but from being fluent in french and bulgarian jes oui means i am and chigan is the comman eastern eirpoean word for gypse...hope that clearifies...by the way i have had many encounters ith gypsies and there are exceptional musicians

  • (continued comment didn't post -- trying again)

    T: No, from Timisoara.

    Then they switch to French.

D: He plays well, eh? (pats B)

T uses the Romanian word "tsigan" (Gypsy) as he taps his chest. He is definitely not hiding his ethnicity.

For the rest, see consulgallagher's translation below.

  • OK, when B stops they speak in Romane (not Romanian), so they know they are among other Roma.

D: Te aves bahtalo. (a general greeting: May you [sg.] become happy/lucky)

    then I can't understand

    T (in Romanian): Excuse me

    B: Te aves bahtalo.

    T: Te aves bahtalo.

    D: Te aves bahtalo.

T: [can't tell; shaking hands] I'm a Rom. (ok if you want to have that whole conversation about whether gypsies call themselves gypsies let's do it somewhere else 8-))

    D: Are you from ?Bacawo?

  • bine bine!

  • lol, i wish i could understand it. i do french at school, but i'm not fluent lol, but i know for sure that the bit i translated it right :)

  • Thanks, but there seems to be more than that. Before and after the part you translated.

  • Their conversation at the end sounds interesting. Could anyone translate?

  • ok, the guy that is holding the camera will be Dad or D, and the other guy will be Turtleneck, or T, and the boy will be B.

    D: What is your name?

    T: Armando

    D: Armando?

    T: Armando, yes.

D: Do you live in Paris?

T: Yes, "La Caravanne" [like Gyspsy caravan]

  • Oy...Put that kid in a room with Miri-Ben Ari, and sparks will fly!

  • good violinist in metro paris

  • odd isnt it.... Why though?

  • that little boy is awesome. "Turtleneck" is a douche.

  • why, what'd he say??

  • pas mal!!!

  • lot of talent getting wasted in the world

  • @jikke96 it's say it much better-- waist it ..in Romania :( .... we got planty of good, /awesome players on instruments, moust .. piano/ violin/ accordion, and the world doesn't know them :( ...so this is it :(

  • @jikke96 whos to say ?

Perhaps it's best not for fame

Fame and money can RUIN . . .

  • one word...

    AMAZING

  • wow i wish i could play like that

  • good good bravo!

  • awesome :) so cool!

  • very talented

  • I am a professional belly dancer, and I love to dance slow songs to gypsy violin music.

  • Wonderful! I know how hard it is to play a piece like that and it was an excelent job.
