Celine has been singing for 37 years - that is incredible. And to still be able to perform them amazing notes is incredible. Just think this out, five years in vegas, 5 nights a week - she lipped some songs there, but could you really perform a 3 hour show, your voice would be knackered. And then a world tour right after, give her a break.

Pretty sure they lowered her mic volume a little bit and raised the playback so the audience hears a little bit of both. That's how it's done in every show I think, so basically she's singing live, we just don't hear it well.
I know celine does lip sync a lot lately but this was live strange i know for her not to lip when her voice is nearly gone but it's live you can hear it crack at times and after the big note the voice is strained. Good on her for singing live like that dangerous to the voice but good for her fans.
In Arizona??? NO! This was in Montréal!! I saw this TV show it`s broadcasted here in Québec on a French Channel, and this was one of the very last times she did a show, on march first on Star Académie.

Guys watch these vids of Celine's recent world tour where she hit very high notes A5 and Bb5 LIVE! And it isnt even whistle which makes it more impressive and harder to do..and 2nd vid is where she sang a gospel song that is very low I wasnt expecting she can go as low as that! She also sang in various languages- Spanish, Japanese, German, French, etc. She has her French album and her English album at the same time. WOW Finish the two vids. Worth it!!

This is not a playback. You can hear in her voice that the voice is not in the best shape, but how could it even be when she had a sore throat? But it shows still that this isnt lipsynched. She did it for real.

Singers sometimes lip on tv guestings for one because the pay is not big and they dont wanna waste their voice. But in her concerts, no doubt for me anymore that she sings LIVE. It's not playback but the ECHO of her voice (only pucca2700 got it right). They put more echo to enhance the effect, like in My Heart Will Go On...I don't understand people saying that the high part is lipped, that would mean turning off and on Celine's mic, wow that's hard! what if it goes wrong, Celine would lose everything and she doesn't do that. Celine is a pro, she can sing through an illness!

Then you're obviously NOT listening, or you're just choosing to look the other way. LMAO. Try listening with some headphones or really loud. How is it possible for the word "anymore" to start twice when Celine has only one mouth and one voice box? It's isn't possible. It's called backing vocals/lip-syncing/whatever, but she's doing it, and her, Rene and Star Academie provided us with proof; this isn't a crappy cell phone vid from a show; this is their recording, using their cameras: proof.

yes..that is true..her bigg note is lipped and some her all concert was lipped.And I am her big fan but she disappointed me when I saw how dirty game she played..now I see how there is much better singer..but I still love her songe.

This is not a playback. You can hear in her voice that the voice is not in the best shape, but how could it even be when she had a sore throat? But it shows still that this isnt lipsynched. She did it for real.

Also, people everyone , like us, if we try to scream a lot or sing a lot....our voice lost for a few days...imagine. that's one example that Celine is doing Live mainly and here we go sometimes problems with voice...all the greatest real singers had the same problem...!!! :)

Singers sometimes lip on tv guestings for one because the pay is not big and they dont wanna waste their voice. But in her concerts, no doubt for me anymore that she sings LIVE. Especially when she is not sick my gosh what a powerful/beautiful voice. She can sing and dance gracefully at the same time. She is witty, humorous, brave, and she remained humble, Truly the BEST! I am even more impressed when i saw this video. She still belted it out even if she is sick though not that stable

cinqoctave i respect your opinion but you know very little about her. Well, i talked to some critics and people working with her and they attested she ALWAYS sings LIVE in her concerts and even in her Vegas show. She takes pride of her talent. If she lips her concerts, she would have lost her credibility to her fans and to her staff. I was doubtful about her singing live before but when i had the chance to see her rehearse and perform LIVE. WOW got blown await. Unbelievable!

the only dumb here is you ...although I have to agree I felt the difference at ANYMORE's ANY... only in this clip. never before it was obvious, but look back and find other old clips of her when singing ALL BY MYSELF...you can see LIVE ...what is LIVE and is really LIVE. so...I am tired of this stupid discussions of lipping ! Just let us enjoy ....If there is someone wHO CAN DO THE HALF JOB SHE DOES, WHO CAN SING THE HALF WAY LIKE HER......bravo :)

And if you really knew her voice,you would have noticed her tone is autotuned here on the high note, they did the same think for her latest DVD in Vegas, they autotuned lots of notes and it sounds UGLY!
So don't get excited, I'm not against Celine, I freaking love her,but I also love the truth!

She is just the best. I talked to some of her critics and even people working with her and they attested she always sings LIVE in her concerts and even on her vegas show before. She is just extraordinarily talented that she can sound like her album. Well, her voice is built for this and she mastered her songs and her skill in singing and dancing gracefully at the same time in Vegas. Listen to her other world tour performances in other locations. BRILLIANT. More power Celine! Gratz!

Me I sing and I take class for this since many years and I can telle you that It's not lipsinc or whatever, and it's ok to put some echo, every singer do that, so stop say that she makes lipsinc it's not true. If this night she had problem with her throat, I think that it's this night that the team would take track, but they didn't do, so when she feels good, they certainly don't use track. Thank you

Whoever thinks this is lipped is stupid! Those cracks in her voice are unique to this performance!!! Listen to 1:12 (shaky), 1:16 (crack) 1:35 (shaky), 1:47 (strained), 1:52 (crack), 1:54 (high note ending).

It's not playback but the ECHO of her voice (only pucca2700 got it right). They put more echo to enhance the effect, like in My Heart Will Go On...I don't understand people saying that the high part is lipped, that would mean turning off and on Celine's mic, wow that's hard! what if it goes wrong, Celine would lose everything and she doesn't do that. Celine is a pro, she can sing through an illness!

Then you're obviously NOT listening, or you're just choosing to look the other way. LMAO. Try listening with some headphones or really loud. How is it possible for the word "anymore" to start twice when Celine has only one mouth and one voice box? It's isn't possible. It's called backing vocals/lip-syncing/whatever, but she's doing it, and her, Rene and Star Academie provided us with proof; this isn't a crappy cell phone vid from a show; this is their recording, using their cameras: proof.
