  • lol god forbid they use a "toxic" mat

  • You can practice yoga on any mat, even without a mat. But the Manduka BlackPro won't wear out. Also, unlike other synthetic mats, Manduka is great for arm balances.

I wonder what you people are doing about open-cell organic mats like Jade Harmony

  • There are some cheaper manduka mats in Amazon, around $60. I still don't know why she said the cheap ones are toxic, I guess I have to make a research.

  • @JongaLife Cheap mats are made with PVC which is VERY toxic.

  • you know what I hate? yoga snobs! I have a mat that is cheap 20$ sticks stays in place, but probably toxic, but hey if your really poor and not an over paid yogi practishioner who cares if it's toxic "life is toxic" I love doing yoga a lot, and these mats look pretty cool, but never would buy them because they are pretty pricey for a sheet of rubber.

  • @shmoolix you should release your hate by meditation or by biting your mat.

  • Beautiful friends, practicing community. Such love here. -- MDK

  • wow, I cannot believe ppl get so excited about a yoga mat.

  • @rodrigod75 it does feel pretty good to do yoga on that mat but is really not such a big deal that you have to feel bad you are doing yoga on a regular $20 mat. I love my cheap mat but I would like to buy a manduka because you feel more stability and the feet truly doesn't slide at all.

  • Thanks Katie Saeger for producing an awesome video on the Manduka culture!
