  • i have vista, and was wondering which is the best antivirus you can have? i have ccleaner, adaware, and malwarebytes, what else could i use?

  • I need that my pc got hacked

  • i use meacffe is that good?

  • And show what protection i use: CONDOMS.

  • Avira may not be the best antivirus around anymore ( they really used to be ) but it's still the most light weight AV I've ever used.

  • great vid man love your channel

  • so anyting exe is virus????

  • @creepilycreepy1 EH, no. EXE is the common filename extension denoting an executable file (a program) in the DOS, OpenVMS, Microsoft Windows, Symbian, and OS/2 operating systems. ...

  • @creepilycreepy1 ehn no man exe is execuble its not virus he was talking about the end numbers

  • Isen't it funny that sw doctor scans your pc but you have to buy a licence to remove malware? Sounds like every rouge huh? :P ( just an observation, sw doc is legit) And also, lol at the people that think all .Exe file extentions are viruses, he was saying that most malware is in .exe form

  • so everything wt .exe is a virus?

  • no exe mean its a program and can execute into the memory so if u download a song (music) but its in exe format not mp3 then its a virus for its just hiding so u wouldnt know the difference and will just show a message saying the file is currput ect but it just infected ur computer

  • @181438 no

  • Yes, it might be effective, but its a resource hog.

  • Horse shit.

This is the best Malware Removal Tool that is around so far.

  • Hes spyware Doctor is not registered

  • you just reolised

  • that Prevention for this then lol

  • Why Spyware doctor didnt give a notice like a pop up when a virus is blocked. My KIS 2009 will pop when a virus is found

  • Hei matt, xpprotecter(dot)com is now AntiMalware 2009

  • the bad thing about Pc tools Internet Security/ spyware doctor+ antivirus is

that it relys too much on scanning. When a virus is detected through real time protection, it only gives the option "block" and not delete.

  • lol "i click to install this great free antivirus" nice sarcasm

  • Though Web Washer and TrustPort have the highest detection rates they use many scanning engines they aren't for home users.

  • Oh and Virus Bulletin also gave statistics that are similar. Where Avira has the best detection rates. By the way GDATA 2008 uses Kaspersky and Avast and 2009 is gonna use Bitdefender and Avast.

  • By the way I think you should also review a lesser known AV but one is better than most. GDATA AVK. This AV consistently high detection rates on websites like AV-Comparatives. The difference between it and other AV's is that it uses two scanning engines one is Kaspersky's and the others is I believe BitDefenders.

  • It's going on the next poll.

  • @mrizos Hey mrzios, what do you think is better. Bitdefender or Kaspersky?

  • You do know that Avira detects more spyware AND viruses than Spyware doctor with Antivirus. You should recommend the PAID version of AVIRA to your clients. Other than Avira having better detection rates it isn't a system hog like spyware doctor. NO AV or antispyware program hogs system resources like Spyware doctor.

  • I'm testing the paid version of Avira right now and I'm applying to their program as we speak.

  • @mrizos I can agree with knickszfan3. I've never had problems - and avoided a lot of viruses while they were downloading.

  • spyware doctor antivirus sucks its antispyware system rocks.

  • Awesome! I'd love to see more e-mail videos like this from you!

  • holly shit man:

i've done the same think u did whit xpprotector i clicked on run but norton didn't detect anytink so it came a window asking me to accept the licensment (sry for the bad english) anyway i couldn't cancel or get out so i endet it whit task manager

  • hey man here's an ideea for your next video:

whaen i go to sites for torrents like mininova the i get some advertising for emule witch of course i know it's not the real one

it's just i virus i am no noob when it comes to computer..

then there is another one called web media player so i have norton antivirus 2008 and i have download the exe because i was just curious to see how it blocks it i made a scan to both 2 the exe but he didn't detect anything he also blocked a Infostealer.Gampass

  • Wow, excellent idea man! Thx. I'll give that a shot.

  • I wouldn't rely so much on Spyware doctor. It's spyware detection is questionable, it makes a lot of false positives, and it's virus protection isn't really reliable. If I were you I would just use Kaspersky 2009 with SUPERAntiSpyware. Anyway that's your choice, your computer, you can do anything you want with it, but I wouldn't recommend your kind of setup to anyone.

  • Almost every app has false positives. I use it on daily basis when I visit clients and it simply gets the job done for me very quickly...that's why I like it.

    -installs in safemode

    -updates in safemode

    -scans in safemode

    -protects in safemode

    -scans very very fast

-detects everything (yes, even some false positives)

-creates a backup snapshot before removal

That's why I like it, that's why I use it.

  • No problem, the important thing is that you feel good with it and you don't get infected! :)

  • dude.. you said all Exe. files are virues.. but most of my important files are exe. like explorer, hp advicer etc...

    watsup?

  • Sorry...i screwed that up..(it was late :P). Almost all .exe's in email attachments are malware related.

  • nod 32 is more good

  • first time to see in your videos no more pop ups fake alert ect ecr :)

    me useing Kaspersky 09

  • Ha, I know. But you should have seen how long it took to clean up my desktop!
