California is huge!! definitly the longest road to becoming a state champion & to do that 4 x's is unimaginable. Iowa has the best collge & high school coach's until recent history they all stayed true to residing in Iowa. Doesn't make them the best just most respected. NJ is a joke & so is most East coast state champions!

There are two because there are divisions and in California there are no divisions so there is only one champion in each class
