@Mandems96 Yes it has passed. First France and Netherlands voted NO to an EU consitution, they changed a few words in it and changed the name to the Lisbon treaty and their parlaments accepted the Lissbon treaty. Only Ireland was allowed a referendum and they voted NO the first time. After one year they were forced to vote again and after some huge spending for lobbying for the yes side (50:1), the poor irish people accepted this treaty and now they are in worst shape since WW2.
@Gostilnicar Norway and Switzerland are not part of EU and they are the strongest economies inside Europe.Switzerland has the lowest crime rate in the whole world. The eastern european countries have done better after joining EU because "rich western european nations" have paid for building up these countries. However, these countries are now in a mess because the euro is a way too strong currency for them.EU has destroyed our sovereignity and only been a financial drain for all western countries.
@Gostilnicar Do you have any concept of Liberty? Freedom? There's no borders anymore, there's no economical national policy anymore. i do not want someone at Brussels to say i cannot do this. You have absolutely no right to say what i can or cannot do about my little piece of land. For instance if i do not want TGV in my country I will not have it but because this is a EU project we all have to have this, when the old railroad system is 10 times more efficient and affordable. Nationalism please!

Damn right, gangsters the lot of em! I'll be at the polls around 7am to post my No Vote, can't wait.
The most ridiculous of the above has got to be Ryanair, O' Leary has made a fool of himself for the past week, like an angry schoolkid, he's so sleazy he makes me laugh.
Great, I hope you'll manage to pursuade loads of your friends to vote No too. This is the most important democratic election ever in an european state. It's up to you Irisih voters whether we may continue with this limited democracy we have or if there will be a total fascistic state. A good slogan would be "No, means no - show transnational billionaires that we the irish people can not be manipulated - save the republic"
People are being swayed by fear, loosing jobs and unable to pay bills they are desperate to believe that a Yes vote will help them.
My fear is even if there is a No majority, I would not be surprised if the result is rigged, with all this EU money behind the Yes camp its quite possible there is people behind the scenes to rig the result.
*YES SIDE: all international chambers of commerce, most independent economists, 3 main political parties, IFA, IBEC, SIPTU, ICTU, most major trade unions, Small Firms Association, Pfizer, Ryanair, Intel, Microsoft.
Which side gets 99% of funding from billionaires and huge corporations and which side gets biggest donations from civilians? The Lisbon Treaty makes members of the european parliament (those who we vote in) totally powerless and laws and they can only give recomendations. The laws will be written by special interest thinkthanks funded by transnational companies and wealthly billionaires
@delacaravanio You're one of the Pro-Europeans who don't wan to see what is happening.
You don't want to admit that the EU didn't respect the Irish NO vote, you don't want to see that the European Union has a lack of Democracy, you don't want to admit that the states doesn't allow referendums because they know they will answer NO.
The Lisbon treaty/constitution's "citizens initiative" shows us what post-democratic Europe will look like...a million EU "citizens" will be "allowed" to gather 1 million signatures and present this petition to the UN-ELECTED COMMISSION who are under no obligation whatsoever to do anything about it !
This is how far democracy has sunk in once democratic Europe....Gerge Orwell must be turning in his grave.
I have looked up the lisbon treaty, and i find it very bad. Feb 20 of this year the european parliament voted yes to create a synchronized armed forces europe (SAFE) That's the first step towards a European military force. There will be a president of the european council AKA president of Europe. He or she will have a 2 and a half year term. People of the EU, if Ireland vote yes on this treaty, your sovereignty is GONE! Look up the lisbon treaty you'll be angered.
It's extremly disrespectful to the people that the states ratifies something that they voted "no" even due to enormous pressure from the eu.This is how much eu respects democracy and it is clear that under lisbon treaty there will be none.Another point not brought up by this movie is that the lisbon treaty reinstates the death penalty under "national emergency" which can be anything the elitists want,i.e the flu. So they can practicaly shot you for not taking their deadly vaccines.watch endgame
You obviously did not read what I said. As I stated, the constitution of Germany for example specifically forbids referendums with only one exception, wich I mentioned in my earlier post. This has nothing to do with disrespect, but just with a government following the rules of their constitution. Sarkozy could have held a referendum, but he didn't. Wich he made clear BEFORE he was elected by the French people. So at least he made sure people would know what they were voting for. And that's fair.
I bet the other candidates got enormous campaign contributions from special interests to drive through this forced ratification of the lisbon treaty against the will of the people, Those who wouldn't did not get the financial assistance they needed to win the presidency. This is why you saw only pro-war and pro banker bailout people to fight in the american presidential race even though according to latest poll 95% of the people are against these issues!
The treaty doesn't reinstate the death penalty. It is simply reaffirming what is stated in the European Charter of Human Rights (wich is a CoE treaty, not EU), ratified by all EU-members. So this isn't anything new. Under certain conditions, it allows the use of violence wich may result in death, for example to defend someone against unjust violence, or to stop a riot (in accordance with the law). But it certainly doesn't allow governments to shoot people for not taking a flue vaccin.
Yes, like machinegunning riots, some may die, but that is just collateral damage? The problem is that government agents usually infiltrate peaceful demonstrators and try to turn it to a riot, they've been caught dozens of times doing this! If you get a fascist government and there is some protest they could easily infiltrate the protest to cause a riot as a pretext to jail/kill its political enemies. Many people are realizing EU is turning to the fourth reich, but do not understand how soon...
The ECHR as been around for a long time. When was the last time a Western nation machinegunned a crowd to stop a riot? It's not a ticket to do whatever you want. As in any civilized country, there are more specific regulations on a national lvl for the use of deadly force. I can't even remember the last time the Dutch police went that far to stop a riot. They don't even use them when hooligans are throwing stones at them. And if they do and someone dies, they can be taken to court.
Well the police in sovjet, ddr and tjeckoslovakia has at least done it. If martial law is declared in the eu, and it can be very loosely declared (i.e flu), then eu law will superseede ALL national laws.
EU-law already supersedes national laws. If it didn't, there would be no point in making European laws. And the EU can't declare martial law, only nation states can as far as I know. But feel free to prove me wrong by showing me exactly were it states the EU can. Last but not least, stop blaming everything on the EU. The possibilty to declare martial law has long been part of many national constitutions, including mine. This is not some evil new rule introduced by the EU.
EU can declare martial law under Lisbon treaty and can order foreign troops to your nation, that's what i can "legalized invasion"! You can even find it in this documentary (this is a 20 minut version, the original is almost 2 hours!).
Lol. Well then show me the exact location where I can find it. Present me the article number please. I have scanned Lisbon for the words 'martial law' and 'emergency'. But I can find no evidence wich confirms your claims. So feel free to provide it for me.
So I have scanned to Lisbon Treaty some more. And once again, all I kind find so far is evidence wich refutes your claims. For example, article 4 states: "It (The Union) shall respect their essential State functions, including ensuring the territorial integrity of the State, maintaining law and order and safeguarding national security. In particular, national security remains the sole responsibility of each Member State."
If it would be in that plain view then probably more people would protest it.Start looking at footnotes which talk aboutr expectations that they refer to other documents ;)It is very dangerous that the treaty is selfamending, meaning that legislators can change the treaty without asking the member states and this could very soon lead to special interests taking over all member states.Good that you are looking into it,for more info watch the whole movie and Endgame to further dwell into the subjet
I have watched the whole movie now, but I've heard no mention of the issue of martial law at all. So maybe now you can finally provide me with the evidence? The only footnotes I see are referring to changes in article numbers. So show me this 'other document' wich is supposedly reffered to. Back up your claims for once.
And if you ever get a fascist government, I highly doubt even the best human right treaty would protect you. In general, human rights are not exactly their top priority.
If they break the law they can be held accountable. Unfortunately nobody has charged Bush for his warcrimes and Obama has even expanded the war, secret arrests and tortures =(
Well atleast there is one thing we agree on. ;) Bush should be put on trial, for starting a war clearly based on lies, using torture and violating pretty much every other human right of the 'enemy combatants'. Sadly however, we have double standards when it comes to Western leaders. So that's never going to happen.
Well this Documentary is poorly researched and filled with shameless lies... Oh well, I suppose that doesn't bother the more thick skulled Eurosceptics.
go ahead and expose the lies then ;) why do you believe it is poorly researched, because it does not embrace the emergence of United States of Europe like mainstream media owned by big corpations and military industrial complex? This is just a 20 minute "trailer", the whole movie is about 2 hours....
Yes, let's hope they do, but I think the mainstream media will this time put more effort to defame Libertas/WAC antilissabon movement :/ I bet they try to link Libertas with some big schoolshooting accident and WAC with some lunatics that believe that al gore is a blood drinking lizzard (We are Change was formed to stop the war on terror and expose government falseflag terrorism and David Icke is most famous for doing this in Brittain, but also got some other wacko theories to explain everything!
very well said! Im stealing the term from you, I love it... So when someone asks, "Do you believe in global warming"? I'll say, "No Solar warming" lol THats perfect because mars has no industry on it and its warming is not manmade (given no man lives on mars lol)... Kool, thanks

lol... if not instating dictatorship with as much "democracy" left as in in East-Germany=DDR (Deutsche DEMOKRATISCHE Republik) is a big issue then I do not know what is =D Just watch all three parts and you should get a fair understanding what lisbon treaty is and how it strips power from democratically elected MEPs and gives it to special interests...
i've already watched the longer verstion 2 times :)
btw: i've seen that you've got alex jones videos on your channel. my advice would be to not watch stuff from alex jones anymore. in my opinion he's a shill (so called controlled opposition). bill cooper was more credible because he's not famous now (like alex) but dead :(
he tried to give people information. alex just tries to change the peoples opinions. think about it when you listen to alex next time.
jones exposes government lies to get more followers. simple as that. but he doesn't get to the point where his information could become helpful.
he speaks a lot of halftruths and lies aswell. you can only use his information if you research every bit. but fact is: almost nobody does that. therefor people believe in his lies aswell as in the things that are true.
what comes out are people who talk bullshit which they can't back up... these people discredit the whole truthmovement. see?
so what has he said lately that is not true? do you think global warming is real and it is a real threat that it will lead to icebears drowning just like rothchild is so afraid of or that caveman osama was behind 911? :D

WHY I THINK EU IS GOOD:
1. Economy of western EU countries didnt suffer as much crisis as it would otherwise due to larger market.
2. Economy of eastern european countries rised verry high due to EU and even some western countries have larger GDB (Ireland is perfect example).
3. With united foreign policy everyones interests would have larger impact.
4. One country doesnt mean one nation and difirent nationalities would be preserved inside EU.
5. Human right are better preserved.
