  • Hey Kane, what kind of education do you have for fitness? I'm certified as a trainer and in college right now for Health and Wellness, than going for my nutrionist after that. Just curious on what else? My goal is to get every cert i can get.

  • How tall are you?

  • @timbahwolf i know You probably get this question alot, but how much cardio do You do?

  • Do you have any of your typical nutritional meals plan for a week posted?

  • Goku.

  • What that exercise called between 0:50 and 1:30?

  • I' am 16 years old and I do the same workout every single night for like 40-50 minutes..... I see the effects, I mean i have like the biggest biceps in school. And I wonder like how the fuck would I be able to workout so much when im older and have work and like tired all the times??? This makes me think that all these people that make videos on youtube showing how much they workout shows that they probably dont even work... lol

  • Such a beautiful living sculpture.

  • undercover ninja...

  • nice

  • after doing 0:00 to 1:30, i bet he made love to this wife/girlfriend

  • you are pure inspiration

  • Great routines you put up her! I use everything you do stretchwise and it has really helped my DL and squat. Probably more things, I just dont know it. Thanks for sharing!

  • Great Dynamic warm up. Looks like your already busting a sweat hot yoga style! Do you warm up (cardio) prior to doing the Dynamic??

  • This reminded me of the movie Ninja Assassin.

  • I know you prob get this question a lot, I was wondering how many hours and how many times a week you work out.

    Thanks in advance.

  • @rsnPumpdaddy33

Well, I've been cutting down my volume recently.... this week I was at the gym 8 or 9 times. Usually an hour and half each time. I like hitting each body part 2-3 times per week.

  • @timbahwolf

Damn.... 8-9x and 1 1/2 hours that's like a full time job. Amazing for been so dedicated +1 you.

  • @timbahwolf you mean you hit gym twice a day some days? looooooooooooool that is fuckin maddd

  • @Stefan2SERB

I used to hit the gym twice per day most days so like...12-14 workouts in a week. Thing is my body was accustomed to this already because for years I used to 'work out' with my clients just so I don't get busted by the house trainers when I took my clients to their gyms. LOL! Nowadays, fortunately I train my clients at a gym geared to private trainers.

  • @timbahwolf I'm a beginner but isn't that overtraining

  • @timbahwolf 8-9 times a week? whats your training split look like bro? please and thanks as always!

  • KANE

  • this is exactly why I subscribed to your channel. I have yet to find a video I didn't like. keep up the great work!!

and I think your hair is great

  • Nice to see someone caring about flexibility as well rather than just "looking beefy" lol..

  • for what its is?

  • @Numenork This style of stretching is to help greatly decrease the chances of getting hurt while exercising.

  • @keenansmith1965 Okey thanks ^^ sorry for me englesh jeje

  • @Numenork Dynamic stretching has been found to be superior to regular static stretching because it helps the muscle warm-up and be prepared for a work out.

  • timbahwolf i noticed you dont have any videos on bench pressing with a straight bar, why is that ? But my main question is should i do a varitaion of free weights and my own natural weight and balance ??? For example 1wk of weights bench press, dumbbell curls, dumbbell pullovers....... then the next wk 2nd wk no weights push ups, pull ups, chin ups, handstand push ups...... These are kinda similar to my taekwondo stretches

  • You have solid abs man! And a nice physique over all!!!!! You training abs many times per week? :P

  • i envy everything on you mate, except your hair ;) :P

  • I watched this with epic music from COD and stretching suddenly became legendary.

  • I wish you did parkour. Strength and flexibility are the two most important factors. You have a ridiculous amount of control over your body, I honestly think you could become pro in a matter of two years or less, seriously.

At that point gravity and most other laws of physics would just say "Fuck it, we get no respect." and cease to exist.

  • I would also suggest that when going from side to side (one leg extended) trying to stay lower cos that'll stretch the groin and hamstrings even more.

  • Inhuman flexibility lol. Seriously, how did you become so flexible?

  • @TehLightBlinds probably from stretching a lot.. lol.

  • There is a really nasty high pitched whistling sound during this video that cant be healthy if it exists at the actual location incase its not just a camera microphone glitch. Please try to find the cause of it, because it was really loud and not in your other awesome videos Timbahwolf.

  • @Jammin4uo actually Timbahwolf I just checked some older videos and its there aswell just not as horribly loud as it was in this video. So it probably a camera microphone issue or a converter issue incase you use any editing programs for the videos on computer before upload. Hope you can find out the cause because it was really distractingly loud in this vid. =(

  • @Jammin4uo It's from the a/c i believe.

  • I can fap to this... thumbs up if you agree.

  • @qualm43 phaggot

  • iphone text during training. :)

    Excellent demo...thank you.

  • @timbahwolf do you also do boxing or something other than lifting weights?

  • @fuzmik

I did boxing and kickboxing up to my early 20's. Also have tried hapkido, and muay thai. Considering getting back into something just for variety.

  • @timbahwolf You'd kick ass at Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with that kind of mobility+strength

  • Awesome video, Kane. You raise the bar a little high for the rest of us. Keep us all posted of your continued success and progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get.

  • immediately adding it to my routine.
