For Christ sake, lets put this issue t bed. It is not an object on the window. This footae belongs to a girl in BC Canada, It is a white tail deer crossing the road where someone edited out the deer but kept the white tail. Check out in the serch another ufo/etc filmed by Paula Thorneycroft, her channel is orionsstargirl. The end of that road/car footage is in the beginning is in the video title I just named. The deer is clearly seen finishing walking down into the woods. Your Welcome :)

Good debunking. Another beautiful theory shot down before breakfast. The truth is revealed in the editing of the original film; if allowed to see more of it, I think it would become obvious beyond all doubt this is just a smudge. It means that whoever originally publicized it (over 10 years ago I first saw this) deliberately did so with an intent to decieve.... or, an intent to see how people respond. A classic fake, we should cherish it and its debunking always.

This along with a lot of ones posted on YouTube by random ppl, as in not famous/profusely debated, are misidentifications or blatant hoaxes. Believe me though, there are footages & photos out there that still leave the skeptics scratching their heads. ;-)
