Great points Dave from 3 minutes onward. It's ludicrous that the people who dictate fishing closures and regulations barely ever consult anglers. This definitely affects us up here in the Great White North. Oh, and big ups for the Friendly Giant and Alabama references... Hilarious.

he missed the more important bits. first, there is now something of a designation between commercial fishing and recreation fishing acknowledged by the task force and, possibly more important than that, today Obama failed to close the locks in the Chicago canal and came out with a new plan to keep Asian carp out of the great lakes. unfortunately, the new plan isn't much better than what we were already doing.
