hey you should try lookin up some of paul gilberts videos, especially from the 80s on alt picking. i have a vhs o his thats worked great for my speed.

why can you play the fast parts (almost) perfect, but the easy things doesnt sound to well rhythmicly. You should do some exercises with the metronome it works wonders.

Try using three fingers to bend it. Use your ring finger to bend the note and your index and middle finger as more of a support for your ring. It'll give you more strength to bend the string.
