The economy is in the tank. Every American owes every single Chinese $4,000. The Chinese are buying up financial institutions in America. The same Americans who have maxed out their credit cards, had their homes and cars repossessed. Now Paul says that the banks should set their own interest rates...banks that are already owned by the Chinese or have large shares owned by the Chinese. The federal reserve should yield to the Chinese...essentially. Traitor or moron?
