Altair vs. Ezio is kinda like Mac vs. Pc - They work the same, they can basically the same, it's just two different backgrounds, styles and "personality's" and they are all awesome in their own way! So, the whole argument thing is BULLSH*T! :D Just enjoy the story, and the whole gameseries god dammit!

@lazyklamer i know you mean well in what you said and i like both characters too but the logical arguement is Altair trained from birth to becoming a master assassin by the age of 25 and was a master till death at 81 where as Ezio trained from 19 (Master at 43) and died at the age of 65. If that isn't enough everything Ezio learned from the codex was written by Altair with very little innovation in technique and gadgetry apart from Ezios poison darts, 16th century bombs & hook blades in AC:R.

Being a TRUE fan, I still prefer Altair because I just feel he has a more perverse and complex character despite the short time it had to develop throughout the first game, and achieved being something great only after falling as low as he had, so I'm looking forward to Revelations since it seems he may just end up being the next Jesus.

@Wipeout186 so? i already knew ACB and ACR are continuations of AC2, not exactly exapnsions, but you didn't answered my question. it seemed to me that Ascendance is non-canonical as things that happen on it contradicts what happens in ACB like the kill of the Baron and the meeting of Ezio and Leonardo, because he kills the Baron too early and for a diferent reason and Ezio meets Leonardo too early too in ACA and in ACB Ezio did not even knew that Leonardo was in Roma before meeting him

About Leonardo off course it makes sense he knew Leonardo but that does not mean he also knows where he is all the time? People moves around Actually if you care to follow the story you would know that Leonardo just arrived in Rome and Ezio thought he was another place the one he JUST CAME FROM. About movie i answer when i have seen it.

We all know that Ezio and Altair are BOTH good. SURE Ezio's abilities in some circumstances may excel higher than Altair's, BUT That doesn't mean he is better in all aspects. In my opinion, I think that Altair is much better at stealth. And for Ezio I guess I would say that he is a way better free runner.
