Amazing cha cha

As far as I know, it's cha cha. So why do some of you say that it's not cha cha? Tell us what you think cha cha is and how this is different from what you know. I'm curious. I looooove to cha cha, love the music and want to be as smooth as this dude one day. :) But hey, if it ain't cha cha, I'd like to know what I'm learning. :) Share with the group.
