@1982FMJ yes, you do, but it's a small amount and your body wouldn't absorb that much, nowhere near as much as you would when you're at the dentist on the laughing gas machine, it's a non toxic gas that only when abused becomes an issue.

some chefs just need to get imagination? there called foams pal and every decent chef in the world are using them, they were created by ferran adria.

I use them in my restaurant to make tomato spaghetti? I don't think i have put cream in one, Some chefs just need to get some imagination
