I think Naya Rivera is probably one of the best actresses on Glee and probably one of the best all rounders- she can act, sing and even dance, whereas Finn can barely sing, barely act and can definantly not dance.
Also she is saving season three, and yet I feel is still underappreciated, I mean last year, the whole Kurt storyline, he was nominated for an emmy, golden globe and yet I think Naya Riveras performance is just as good, but doesn't seem to get as much credit.

Finn Hudson tries to persuade Brittany not to go. he tells her that leprechauns are not real and that she is being stupid. Brittany, insulted, quits anyway.
