As a Raps fan Bargs was a pretty bad #1 pick. He's not a total bust, but his defensive game is historically bad for a 7 footer. Roy, Aldridge, or Gay would've been better picks imo.

yeah im a raptor fan. his reasoning was that the raps werent in need of a wing player, but a solid center. bargnani has promise in him, but roy is an allstar and roy can lead a team while bragnani cant.

Dude, Andrea Bargnani plays on a SOFT ass Raptors team who loses... Portland got the better picks with ROY and Aldridge. Andrea may be a better scorer but what's the point of scoring if he can't guard nobody... you can't win
