6 Strips bacon & drippings

16 Oz. Container sour cream

4 Green onions

horseradish - to taste

Fresh ground pepper

pinch salt & sugar

Fry bacon until crisp, drain. Reserve 2 Tbsp. of the drippings. Chop the bacon. Thinly slice the onions and add other ingredients for great vegetable, wheat thin or corn chip dip : )
