It was my dad's favourite cartoon movie so he always watched it during my childhood (I grew up in the late 80s and early 90s) so it was my first disney movie :)

Well done, this animation was brilliant. It is one of the most realistic things you'll in the one animation story. Its a down to earth story with some unexpected realisation. This music is ingenious: infectious rhythm, clever lyrics, wonderful improvisation (voice [including whistling, be-bop, rubato}, trumpet). The clever and rhythmic dancing is wonderful, too. This is a wonderful fusion of European melody and African rhythm/dance. (It is not anything else. Racist, bigoted minds could not create or force the sincere and ecstatic heights that all the performers reach in this musical creation. It is a collaberation among equals.) It is a celebration of life.

@fifielise If you look the song up on wikipedia, you will find out the band (they look like Latinos) that made this tune their own and which inspired the cartoonists--the band moved around a lot while they played.

Also, is employing people really a proof ? Let's say you don't like a certain type of people, but happen to employ such people, which makes you earn a shitload of money.
