This was from my Feature at the Green Mill in Chicago, IL. So this is at the birthplace of slam at Marc Smith's legendary venue and it was a true honor and privilege to Feature there twice.... it was well worth the travel from NY to Chicago for the gigs.

Mr. Swedish Man, thanks much. When I tour internationally I will definitely add Switzerland to the tour circuit. But Ireland comes 1st... I think they have better beer there. And, as a touring slam poet, often half the pay is in the free beer.

I think you'll find some good beer in Switzerland too, although not as good as in Ireland. However, here in Sweden you won't find very good Swedish beer. But we have Guinness and Kilkenny, etc here too ;)

I was scared silly on my 1st Feature there becasue Marc Smith booked me blind based on book blurbs and such. And I know the audience can "finger-snap" and stomp even Features off the stage. But both gigs there in 2004 and 2005 have been National hilights and Marc Smith always been great to me.
