The scene with this song was so HEARTBREAKING and BITTERSWEET!! The song was perfect for that part of the movie, i couldn't have chosen any better myself. Everyone's inner turmoil somehow heightened by the song and the love/ emotion between Stefan and Elena gave it the right amount of intrigue/feeling.
Stefan actions have all the making of a "serial killer"...but the tears in Stefan's eyes says "I love you Elena" and says "I don't stopped caring about you".
Stefan is a tortured soul.
Elena says "I love you. Never let go". She knows it's him.
The scene between my favorite couple, Stefan and Elena just broke my heart.
