how much bigger is full frame cameras view finders (like the d3) compared to consumer dslrs like the d3100. i find it a tad hard/un-enjoyable to look through the small viewfinder on my d3100
@gtochad I find that the viewfinder on my D700 is roughly about 1.5 times bigger than the D3100. It's hard to really tell the size difference but it's much more comfortable if you're shooting for long hours. I'd suggest going to a local camera shop and testing it yourself to see the difference.
I used to find a lot of my subjects had trees growing out of their heads. Once had a friend with a Cows head coming out of her ear. Check the viewfinder without thinking now though. :)
