Dipshit, did you notice how all of the other processes are still running? Windows is still going, but you aren't seeing it because you closed Windows' only window manager, explorer.exe. It's just like relaunching Finder in OS X or killing and restarting Nautilus or X11 or whatever window system you're using in Linux.

If it really did 'reboot' Windows, why didn't it kill your CamStudio?

after you end explorer.exe you can restart it difrent, you can click "new task" and write "exploere.exe" and its faster :P
