i remember where i was that day, i was in school and we were watching the news. I heard this the other day and i want to say that I was selfish that day because my mom was going to get to new york that day, but i should have thought i am so sorry for all of you that had family in those two buildings.
I remember where I was when this happened. I was in school on long island. It took a while for it to hit us what exactly was going on. Then when we finally realized what happened the whole school went silent except for the sound of gasps and sobbing. My Uncle Keith was a first responder and i remember praying to God that he came out alive. We didn't hear from him for three long days. He made it out alive but now is fighting cancer. All gave some, Some gave all. We will never forget!!
I remember where I was that day. As I heard the news I was in Chicago, all I could do was look up at the Sears Tower praying that it would not be hit as the World Trade Centers were. As for the song by Alan, I feel its a reminder that each person should be kind to someone each and every day as you never know what may happen to that person as did anyone know that so many innocent lives would be taken that awful dark day. I love the song and God Bless the USA.

These are the areas that historicaly provide more servicemen(females included) than anywhere else in the US. East coast liberals who throw money at a cause don't count. it was late here in Oz and I saw it on the TV when I came up from studying. I woke my wife and asked her what movie she was watching..She changed the channel and there it was again. I thought the TV was playing up and stuck on the one channel and then realised it wasnt. I then showered and went to work for 3 days straight.. The western world changed forever

I remember right where I was, what grade I was in. What class I was going to, who I was talking to and who I heard it from. My uncle was at The Pentagon when it was hit. I'll never forget this day, nor will I forgive the people who did it. i know people are going to hate me for saying this but i think america had 9/11 coming. i an NOT saying that it wasnt a horrible thing that happend but i was just like titanic. we needed to learn that we werent invincable and this is how we learned. im not saying im happy it happend and i will argue anyone who says otherwise, i just dont think that starting a war was necicary. i pray for every person who died or lost somebody that day. but i also pray for all the people we have killed in iraq.

This horrible event is somethihng that should have brought us all together as Americans, not something that has put each of us on seperate sides. I was only 7 when this happened and I can remember it vividly. As I've grown up this is a major thing that has made my decision to go into the armed forces after this my senoir year of high school. I remember where I was when this happened. I was in school on long island. It took a while for it to hit us what exactly was going on. Then when we finally realized what happened the whole school went silent except for the sound of gasps and sobbing. My Uncle Keith was a first responder and i remember praying to God that he came out alive. We didn't hear from him for three long days. He made it out alive but now is fighting cancer. All gave some, Some gave all. We will never forget!!

I remember where I was that day. As I heard the news I was in Chicago, all I could do was look up at the Sears Tower praying that it would not be hit as the World Trade Centers were. As for the song by Alan, I feel its a reminder that each person should be kind to someone each and every day as you never know what may happen to that person as did anyone know that so many innocent lives would be taken that awful dark day. I love the song and God Bless the USA.

wow. First off, i disliked the song because i feel that the song just capitalizes on emotions of 9-11. I'm not going into the detail of that, nor am i going to get into a debate over that.
My hearts do go out to the families, and i will never forget. i just think the song sucks. The fact that i think a song is awful does not make me unpatriotic.
