I Love Asus. I bought a refurb for 700. runs amazing better then my desktop and can play almost all games on MAX settings. My mom spent like 1200 on a pc from bestbuy and it runs like SHIT compared to mine. barley play wow on low settings.

I'm starting to like Asus more and more as more of their new gaming laptop comes out, when alienware said that they build computers and laptop with "gaming ability" in mind they didn't tell you anything about high prices for some what O.K specs, I used to be an HP fan also and again higher cost for and O.K specs, I wanted to buy the new Asus, "ASUS G72Gx-A1" it's nice. Also if any of you think I wrote this out of hate on HP and Alienware then your dead wrong. Truth is that I love them all.

My current laptop has 3 hours of battery life (max, average is about 2). Very annoying when I want to do my online homework or check my email updates on the go instead of running into a building and plugging in my AC adapter. Also, I hope the palm rest is more comfortable than the one I have on my current laptop and the keys feel more natural to press. Greater incentive to carry in bag since it'll weight less and in the event of a drop, it'll more sturdy and protected due to its size.
