  • how do you measure the length of your rope to give you plenty of room to do the crossovers comfortably ? I follow all your videos , GREAT WORK to say the least !!!

  • @globalcom150 Usually if you stand on the rope with both feet and pull it up the handles should reach your armpits

  • @tripleVVV3 perfect , mine is short !:-( If you have an online boxing store that you are happy with please send me the link to order stuff from there. Hardly any of them in Greece.....

  • hell yeah

  • What are the benefits of jumping rope? How early can you see results with daily practice?

  • @GusDom its a conditioning workout to build endurance for fighting, and rythm and timing the result will vary depending on your fitness level, so start slowly if ur a beginner do 30 seconds of skipping resting between sets and increase 10 or 15 seconds every week until u reach 1 minute sets, then the same until 2 minutes sets and 3 minute sets always resting between sets and no more than 20 or 30 minutes of total skipping, when i started i did 1 hour and my calfs hurt bad & couldnt walk next day

  • never seen most of them b4, i am pretty god damn impressed :O

  • can you include the theme/music in the info square?

  • Just the vid I was looking for. Keep it up. I am getting lighter on my feet at the gym all the time with your help, right on. looking to improve my timing and rhythm. Trainer has been telling my to get on the rope.
