Hey Sushi, you use a meat thermometer to check internal temp to see if the 30min per # works? Just curious, not trying to question your technique at all!

@devildawg70 Nope' I had cooked this before and according to the package it said 30 mins per pound and it weighed in at 7 & 3/4 lbs. So i cooked it for the 4 hours and it was Perfect. This was my 3rd one and let me tell you this was the best one so far.
