The comments aren't the only evidence of bronies. I've checked a few of Caravan Palace's songs here on YouTube, and all so far have had a significant rise in the amount of views per day starting at roughly the beginning of February. Note that the MLP Clash video was posted February 3, 2012, and that YouTube lists "First referral from video 'Clash'" as a significant event on the song's Insights statistics.

I have a feeling that == contributing to the band's popularity.

1) Song is awesome. No more need be said about it.

2) If you want to stop pony spam, don't acknowledge it. Every complaint and argument is just more pony. It's a bit of a paradox though, since by saying this I'm doing just that. No, pony spam does not belong on an electro-swing music video, but the only way to stop it is to pretend it's not there. Arguments are like 90% of all the comments, so you eliminate those and there will be a lot less.
