dont try flares..... start with windmills it will give foundation of rotation and keeoing ur legs straight while ur attempting flares..... not to mention windmills are basic ground power which most power moves are flares are basic air power but before flares u need windmills in my opinon ( oh u can try to do cricketz before windmills as well that will help with wrist strength for your hanglide freeze in mills )

I'm not very strong or very good at power but I learnt one flare in three months!
and only because I trained every day for it, not because I'm naturaly very good at flares or something!
even if you suck you can learn flares, but it's gonna take a while! maybe 6 months or a year, but you still can learn to do flare!
doesn't matter how strong or good or whatever you are but how hard you train!

You don't really need big muscles and tons of strength. All you need is the ability to carry your own weight, muscle control, and muscle memory.
The muscle memory comes in where you actually progress in breakdancing.
