Smoke them in a Weber grill for about 45 minutes after putting on your rub two days before. Put them on the rack on the opposite side from the coals. Open the vents just a little bit, enough to get the smoke without the grill getting real hot. Then take them inside, pour on your own sauce, and wrap them with tin foil (see Alton Browns video). Cook in the oven at 275 for about 2 hours. Done, without babysitting or opening the oven constantly. Eat. Belch. Pass out.
