It was my exhaust hangers. Google Pelican Parts or Bav Auto, that's where I get all my parts. Installation of the new hangers is relatively easy (but have someone helping you by holding the exhaust!)

it still sounds like you have a heat shield rattle. mine did until a BMW mechanic put a small screw in the middle of the exaust.
