Sounds like a Comet IV Horn. What loco was on the train?

Then this must be a Comet IV. The seats were like turquoise-blue color. I didn't pay attention to what logo was on the train, but this is the New Jersey Transit.

Around the time this was taken, there was a electric Comet set that was solid Comet II's with a Comet IV cab and NJT 4404, maybe this was that.
