i fucking love this band, don't get me wrong, i've been listening to them ever since they had the 30 second real audio snippet of this song on their nonflash website, but the trailer on their myspace page make it seem like fucking queen is reuniting with freddie mercury...they weren't that big.
For all of the people that connected with Penfold it WAS as big, if not bigger, than something like Queen reuniting with Fred Mercury. Certain bands strike their fans emotionally like that - and I'm one of them! Penfold still remains one of the most cathartic, emotive bands I've ever heard.
fucking love this, i barely listen to music like this anymore, mostly because there's no more done. but holy shit, this brings back memories.
