Time is defined as follows: 1 second is defined as 9192631770 oscillations between the two hyperfine levels of the ground state of the cesium 133 atom in the rest frame of the atom, and a clock is simply a device that counts such oscillations and notifies an observer when 9192631770 oscillations finish, and subsequently starts counting again. 1 meter is defined as the distance light travels in 1/299792458 seconds. Einstein never defined what time is, so his theories are not even scientific. And this applies to any theory involving dilatation of time and similar fallacies.
