Really wish they played this more... Its a bit like Buck Rogers, new dress instead of new car :P. Ultimate bouncing song, never seen someone play the drums while jumping up and down lol.
People keep saying feeder are underrated but they have had huge success all over the world for about 15 years where hundreds of bands have been and gone. and feeder are STILL going strong
@foxy1985xx dude they deserve to be playing in stadiums and get god status of music! can u picture going to a feeder conceert where thousands of people know all the lyrics and sing along and go crazy?! i was in melbourne for their gig was pretty disgusted with the crowd was just a few of us in the front going crazy jumping and head banging and shouting at the top of our lungs <3 one day in heaven this will happen!
@arsenal2death I went to see them at O2 in Leeds and pretty much everybody went Mental... Especially for Buck Rodgers... I thought i was going to die it was that crazy!!! Although... Death at a Feeder gig wouldn't be too unpleasant...
@foxy1985xx Yeah. I always though Feeder are one of the most underrated bands in Britain but when you think about it, they've had mainstream success in the past with Echo Park but it's just that people's music demand has changed in the past 10 years. Shame really.
Last time I recall was at the Cardiff CIA on 1st December 2005. One hell of a gig and never sweated so much anywhere in my life, ill never forget it despite two moaning women going on about the mosh pit with one of them accusing me of leaning against them and pouring water down my back!!!. They even queue jumped which pissed me off.
The day after Grant sadly lost his voice on stage in Brighton. I believe they were going to play it at one or more of the remaining gigs on that tour.
When they rescheduled the gigs, the setlist was changed so Grant had it easier on the vocal cords, as you may know he got bleeds on them and really had to rest them as much as possible. Was a really god emotional end to the tour in Birmingham, what a night that was. I'm also celebrating one hell of a night last year at the Cardiff Point, another mindblowing gig this time last year!!!.
i cant believ feeder arnt like the most famous band around... there music easily beats others you hear on the radio (especially that R&B crap) rock on feeder
This is the reason it took so long for them to be successful. Personally I wouldn't listen to this song again. It is as bland as the colour white is blank, and generic as a square. Both the song and video are embarrasing, but no where as as bad as 'Tangerine.'
how can you call this bad?! and embarrasing?! wtf! this is blody awesome, this is anthemic, and will hopefully be returning to a setlist soon, since its bin 2-3 years since its last inclusion

No, this is retarded- eary feeder is like spinal tap rock. What did this song chart at when it came out? #65? High is the only ancient feeder song i cn listen to.
ye i agree the style of music on polythene is unique. silent cry was popular. allot more music for other people. the two together are the best albums, but both different styles that mix realy well:)

Does anyone know the last time they played this live? I really really want to see them play this song so much.
In addition, I'd like to see Shade and Can't Dance to Disco, but meh, beggars can't be choosers!

I AM SO SICK OF PEOPLE DISSING FEEDER!
THEY ARE THE BEST BAND TO WALK THE EARTH, QUITE FRANKLY, AND NOBODY WANTS TO HEAR YOUR NEGATIVE SNIPEY COMMENTS EXCEPT YOURSELVES
SO STICK 'EM WHERE THE SUN DON'T SHINE!
FEEDER ARE JUST FANTASTIC
THE REST OF US LOVE THEM AND THEIR MUSIC, NEW AND OLD!
THEY REALLY ARE AMAZING
THEY CANNOT BE BEATEN
(and tbh I'm really quite jealous of that girl with his finger in her mouth)
THEY ARE LEGENDS
SO ROCK ON, AND HAVE A NICE DAY.
