  • The way I do all of this is by eating 500-600 calories per meal. So that is breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So I will pick 3 different kinds of fruits for one day. Maybe 5-7 oranges for breakfast. Maybe 5-6 bananas for lunch. Maybe 5 mangoes for dinner. In between my meals I will drink green vegetable juice like celery, cucumber and carrot juice! I will also do green leafy juice. I think that is a smart way to eat super healthy! Oh and dont forget a green powder like Vitamineral Green/Earth! :D

  • Also if you take superfood green powders like Vitamineral Green that will also help you stay alkaline and you don't have to worry about getting low on minerals or acidic.

  • If you drink green vegetable juice and make green smoothies you don't have to really worry about eating too much fruit. We do need some acidic food and the green juices will be more than enough to keep you balanced. We need to eat enough calories and you can't get that from greens. It would be a bad idea to get most of your calories from grains, seeds, and nuts. Your only option is to get calories from sweet juicy fruits. Drinking four or more glasses of green juice will balance you out! Peace!
