Well considering SH "was" originally supposed to be a take on American horror movies such as Jacob's ladder the fact it looks more American is not a bad thing.

Like the movie? Uhh, yeah with a completly different story line and whole new protagonist right? Some of the effects and the nurses are similiar to the movie but face it, next gen graphics are normally striving to be more realistic.

Until I play it I won't spray it.

Well... all the characters are very "americanised" in their looks. Especially Alex... he looks like he's come out of some american teen-horror movie.

the colours have changed, and from what I saw from the previous vids, it's REALLY action based.. I hope we some of the town, and I hope the environment won't look as "narrow spaced" and "closed" as in the vids.

It's somehow dissapointing.

Just don't forget: This isn't the game in its finalized form! Graphics may change, sound may change, etc. And to comment on someone else's comment, I wouldn't complain about a Silent Hill 2-esque storyline with better graphics! The first two installments are by far the best, in my opinion, and they had horrid graphics by comparison.

I have been feeling iffy about the new developpers considering how bad origins was,

But the acting is better than i thought. The dialogue is not to bad.

But i think this game is to much like the movie rather than the videogame series from looking at these videos.

Also the main guys coat looks retarded.

All that i want is a good disturbing iterwining story and for it to be scary as shit. So ill wait and see
